  • For Crust
  • Chocolate chip cookies 2 ½ cup (Crumbs)
  • Butter 3 oz (melted)
  • For Filling
  • Milk 1 ½ cup
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Chocolate chip 2 tbsp
  • Chocolate powder 5 tbsp
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Coffee 1 tsp
  • Eggs 4
  • Butter milk 1 cup
  • Corn flour 4 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 ½ tsp
  • Red food color 2 tsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. For Crust: Mix biscuits crumbs with butter and spread in a 9 inch glass pie plate. Leave it in the fridge to set for 15 minutes.

  2. Filling for Pie: In sauce pan add milk, cream, chocolate chips, chocolate powder, sugar and cook; stirring continuously. Add in instant coffee.

  3. Now mix eggs, butter milk, corn flour and vanilla essence in a bowl and add to the mixture to the sauce pan. Cook on very low flame until thick.

  4. Remove from heat, add red color and butter; pour over biscuit base.

  5. Put in fridge to set, decorate with grated white chocolate.
