Ingredients

  • Chicken breast 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper as required
  • Ginger garlic paste ½ tsp
  • Mustard paste ½ tsp
  • Oregano ¼ tsp
  • Cheddar cheese 50 gm
  • Coriander ½ bunch
  • Mint ¼ bunch
  • Egg 1
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Bread crumbs 200 gm
  • Oil ½ liter

Cooking Directions

  1. Make a pocket with the help of knife into the chicken breast piece.

  2. Put in a bowl ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, mustard paste, oregano, salt, black pepper marinate the chicken into this paste for 10 minutes.

  3. Take another bowl for the stuffing paste, grated cheddar cheese, green coriander leaves chopped mix them.

  4. Take egg, beat it in a small bowl, add white flour make batter of it, put remaining white flour in mix them with toasted bread crumbs.

  5. Now take the marinated chicken fill it with the cheese green herb paste in to the chicken breast pocket.

  6. Dip in to the better, coat into the toasted bread crumbs, deep fry them.
