  • Cabbage, shredded 2 kg
  • Chinese salt 5 gm
  • Sugar 15 gm
  • Salt 25 gm
  • Spring onion, chopped 50 gm
  • Onion, minced 50 gm
  • Vinegar 75 gm
  • Garlic, minced 100 gm
  • Chilli sauce 300 gm
  • Apple, sliced 400 gm

Cooking Directions

  1. Sprinkle salt on cabbage and keep aside for 30 minutes.

  2. Wash well. Mix apple, garlic, spring onion, minced onion, chilli sauce and vinegar.

  3. Keep for a day and season after two days with salt, sugar and Chinese salt.
