Russian Salad - Russian salad's have become very popular Pakistan, being even served as starter's, this is a lovely Russian salad recipe, where mayonnaise and cream envelopes potatoes, peas, carrot, cucumber and eggs together.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes (boiled) 1 cup
  • Peas (boiled) ½ cup
  • Carrot (boiled) 1 cup
  • Cucumber 2
  • Egg (boiled) 1
  • Mayonnaise 4 tbsp (heaped)
  • Fresh cream 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Castor sugar 2 tbsp
  • Salad leaves for garnish

Cooking Directions

  1. Cut all vegetables into cubes.

  2. In a bowl mix vegetables, salt, pepper, sugar, mayonnaise and fresh cream together.

  3. Serve garnished on bed of salad leaves decorate with boiled egg slices.

  6. you can use wiped cream in dressing and when use wiped cream do not use sugar because w cream is sweet.......
