Ingredients

  • Potatoes 5
  • Chicken pieces 1 1/2 cup
  • Butter 2 1/2 tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese (shredded) 1 cup
  • Salt as to taste
  • Black peper 1 tsp
  • Red pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Eggs 2-3
  • Bread crumbs 1 bowl
  • Plain flour 1 cup
  • Chicken powder 1 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Boil the chicken and potatoes.

  2. Thread the chicken into pieces.

  3. Put butter on room temperature.

  4. Take boiled potatoes in a bowl.

  5. Add salt, red pepper, butter and black pepper in it.

  6. Mix them all well.

  7. Now add chicken pieces and  cheese.

  8. Mix them well.

  9. Now make small balls from the mixture.

  10. Take eggs in a bowl and  beat them.

  11. Roll the small balls in eggs and  then in plain flour.

  12. Then roll the balls again in eggs and  then roll in bread crumbs.

  13. Deep fry the balls.

  14. Insert one toothpick in each potato ball to give it look of one-bite.

  15. Serve with ketchup or salad.

  1. HellO! I tried the recipe and made it myself.. and It was SUPER DELICIOUS! :D I added extra cheese and less butter.. and i made bigger balls .. :) and served it with french fries and ketchup.. the whole family loved it.. :D Hope to try something else soon.. :)) Thanks again.. :)
