  • Cabbage 1 (chopped)
  • Green peas 1 cup
  • Green chili 6 (chopped)
  • Whole red chili 4
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Cumin 1 tsp (roasted crushed)
  • Black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Green coriander 1 bunch (chopped)
  • Lemon 2
  • Oil ½ cup

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil in a pan.

  2. Add green peas, salt and turmeric powder.

  3. Cook for 5 minutes.

  4. Then add chopped cabbage, whole red chilies, chopped green chilies and black pepper.

  5. Stir and cook for 5 minutes.

  6. Garnish it with lemon and chopped coriander.
