Ingredients

  • Gobi(cut into florets) 1 small
  • Mushrooms 200 gms
  • Potato(cut into 1 1/2") 2 small
  • Tomato(cut into pieces) 1 medium size
  • Zeera-rye 1/2 tsp
  • Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Veg cooking oil 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • For garnishing:
  • Coriander leaves
  • Lemon(cut into wedges)

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add zeera-rye and potatoes.

  2. When half cooked add cauliflower, mushrrom, tomatoes, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.

  3. Cover and cook on slow fire stirring occasionally.

  4. If required add a little water.

  5. Continue cooking on slow fire till the potatoes become tender.

  6. Decorate with lemon wedges and garnish with coriander leaves.

  7. Serve hot with rice.
