Sajji is a native dish of the desert province of Baluchistan, Pakistan. It consist of whole lamb, in skewers but here is chicken sajji recipe by Chef Adeel's version. Sajji is said to be done when its half tendered, generally its served with special bread called "kaak".

  • چاٹ مصالحہ پاوڈر 2 کھانے کے چمچ
  • نمک حسبِ ذائقہ

  1. پیالے میں چکن اور نمک ملا ہوا پانی ڈال کر چکن کو 35 منٹ تک رکھ دیں۔

  2. چکن کو نکال کر اوون میں 45 منٹ تک 180 ڈگری پر بیک کریں۔

  3. اب نکال کر چاٹ مصالحہ چھڑک کر پیش کریں چکن سجی تیار ہے۔
