  1. I haven't tried this with the chaat masala, but you should certainly try mixing cut fruits: Apples, Bananas, Papaw, Plums, A little Cashew nuts and other nuts, Pineapple and mix all this with a little bit of sugar. Serve with Ice Cream... Mmm!

  3. @Wakeel Ahmad, there is no one way to make a fruit chaat, we can mix any of our favourite or seasonal types of fruits. However, there are some fruit combinations that are well known and pretty typical. So, when making fruit chaat you can use any fruits you wish, however melon does not always go well with certain fruits, especially with bananas.Melons taste great with grapes and pineapples. It is also important whilst making fruit chaat that you use an ingredient that will not blacken the fruit chaat, so using a little limopani, or couple of table spoons of lemon juice, orange juice will help in avoiding fruits going dark, especially bananas.Adding a little sugar also lifts the flavour of the fruit chaat. Its always good to add your citric juice, sugar, salt, black pepper, and chaat masala together first and then mix into the fruit. Adding tinned fruit to a fruit chaat also gives an added flavour, especially when fresh fruit is limited.Try not to cut fruits into too small of bites, else it will turn into mash whilst mixing, and always mix gently.-Thanks.
