  • Mince 125 gm
  • Oil for fry
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Potato 2
  • Coriander & mint leaves as required (chopped)
  • Green chili 2 – 3 (chopped)
  • Red pepper ½ tsp (crushed)
  • Cumin seeds a little
  • Pomegranate seeds a little

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, salt, mince and a little water.

  2. Sauté for a few minutes.

  3. Cut potatoes into thin juliennes, mix with coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, salt, red pepper, cumin seeds and pomegranate seeds.

  4. Add in cooked mince and mix well, form it into small round patties.

  5. Heat oil in a frying pan, shallow fry the patties till golden brown.
