Ingredients

  • White flour ½ kg
  • Yeast 1 sachet
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Milk as required
  • Clarified butter 5 – 6 tbsp
  • Salt as required

Cooking Directions

  1. First add yeast and sugar into pre heated water and mix it well and leave it for a while.

  2. When yeast distends, add white flour, baking powder, butter, salt and milk to knead.

  3. Then leave it for a while in a hot place.

  4. When flour distends, again knead it and make balls of it.

  5. Now bake it for 10 mins in a pre heated oven on 200 C.
