  • For Rubbri:
  • Milk 4 cups
  • Solid milk 1 cup
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Pistachio 2 tbsp (sliced)
  • Green cardamom ½ tsp (grinded)
  • Readymade rubbri ½ cup
  • Ice as required (crushed)
  • Falooda noodles 2 cups (boiled for 5 minutes)
  • Strawberry ice cream as required
  • Rose syrup 4 tbsp
  • Tuk malanga seeds 2 tbsp (soaked in water)

Cooking Directions

  1. For Rubbri: Boil milk add solid milk and sugar simmer for 30 minutes scrapping the sides till half left, remove from fire.

  2. Add pistachio, green cardamom powder and prepared rubbri, keep aside.

  3. To Serve: Take a tall glass put half cup prepared rubbri, top with ice, boiled falooda noodles, strawberry ice cream, rose syrup and tuk malanga seeds.

  4. Stir gently and serve immediately.
