Ingredients

  • Chicken mince meat ½ kg
  • Kidney beans 1 cup (boiled)
  • Rotini pasta 500 gm (boiled)
  • Parsley ½ bunch (chopped)
  • Chili garlic sauce ½ cup
  • Garlic 1 tbsp (chopped)
  • Oregano ½ tsp
  • Black pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Thai chili paste 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Honey 4 tbsp
  • Salt ½ cup
  • Oil ½ cup

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil in a pot, fry garlic till golden.

  2. Add mince, fry on high flame and then cook on low flame.

  3. Add kidney beans, Thai chili paste, black pepper, chili garlic sauce, soya sauce, honey, salt, vinegar, oregano and pasta. Mix well.

  4. Put on simmer.

  5. Sprinkle parsley and serve.
