Ingredients

  • Potatoes 2
  • Flour 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 1/2 tsp
  • Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Water as required
  • Oil as required

Cooking Directions

  1. Wash, peel and cut potatoes in the shape of fries.

  2. Boil water in saucepan and place potatoes in the boiling water for 1-1 1/2 minutes.

  3. Strain and immediately place into cold water.

  4. Strain after a minute.

  5. Mix flour, salt, pepper, and potatoes in a bowl.

  6. Heat oil in saucepan and deep-fry potatoes until golden brown.
