Preheat clarified butter in skillet, add pumpkin and sauté on low flame.
Then add milk and sugar and cook well.
When pumpkin becomes soft then grind with help of hand blender.
Now mix almond essence, rose water and cardamom.
When clarified butter becomes separate then add food color and little quantity of all purpose flour and stir well.
Decorate with pistachio, cashew and almond.
