Deliciously sizzling chicken steak with spicy hot sauce is a succulent and delightful steak recipe. It is served with vegetables of your choice in hot sizzler plate.

Ingredients

  • Chicken steak 2 - 3
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Mustard paste 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
  • For Hot Sauce:
  • Chicken stock ½ cup
  • Red chili 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 1 tsp
  • Tomato ketchup 1 tsp
  • Corn flour 1 tsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Any vegetables of your choice (for garnish)

Cooking Directions

  1. In a bowl, marinate chicken with chili sauce, mustard sauce, black pepper, salt, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.

  2. Marinate for ½ hr.

  3. Grill in a pan, each side for 5 minutes.

  4. For Hot Sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan, add garlic.

  5. When the garlic turns light brown add chicken stock, bring to boil.

  6. Now, add vinegar, brown sugar, tomato ketchup and stir for 5 minutes.

  7. Add corn flour and the sauce thickens turn off the stove.

  8. In a sizzling plate, spread butter, place steak, pour sauce on top, serve with boiled vegetables.
