In a bowl, marinate chicken with chili sauce, mustard sauce, black pepper, salt, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
Marinate for ½ hr.
Grill in a pan, each side for 5 minutes.
For Hot Sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan, add garlic.
When the garlic turns light brown add chicken stock, bring to boil.
Now, add vinegar, brown sugar, tomato ketchup and stir for 5 minutes.
Add corn flour and the sauce thickens turn off the stove.
