Ingredients

  • Solid milk ½ kg
  • Caster Sugar 125 gm
  • Nutmeg mace cardamom powder 1 pinch
  • Clarified butter as required
  • Pistachios for garnishing
  • Almonds for garnishing

Cooking Directions

  1. Cook solid milk in a wok for 5 - 7 minutes.

  2. To check whether the solid milk has reached the desired texture take the solid milk in your hand and rub slightly.

  3. When it starts forming into a ball turn the stove off and cool the solid milk in the same wok.

  4. Now add caster sugar and nutmeg, mace and cardamom powder and mix well.

  5. Spread the solid milk mixture evenly on a greased tray.

  6. When completely set garnish it with almonds and pistachios.

  7. Cut into diamonds and serve.
