  • Soya 300 gm (granules or chunks)
  • Whole all spice ½ tsp
  • Onion 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Tomato 2 (ground)
  • Clove 4
  • Cinnamon stick 1"
  • Bay leaves 3
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder ½ tsp
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Boil the soya granules or chunks with the whole all spice for 10 minutes.

  2. Chop the onion and brown it and add ginger garlic paste with green chilies, stir it few minutes and add ground tomatoes, add the salt and other spices and cook it on slow fire till it blends well.

  3. Then add the boiled soya granules or chunks and cook it on high fire and add little water gradually until it gets brown in color.

  4. Then add some more water and cook till it thick.

  5. Lastly add ground all spice powder and serve with chapatti.
