Combine spinach, onion, gram flour, soda, salt, crushed red chili, roasted cumin seeds, water and make thick batter.
The batter must be thick so that you can make small balls of it.
Now make the small balls and leave for a while.
Deep fry the balls till nicely brown.
In a serving dish pour curd and add some water to normalize the consistency.
Put Palak Wada on the curd and serve.
