Chicken Balls - Your kids will go crazy for these crispy, cheesy and velvety chicken balls. Chicken mince is mixed with seasoning, center filled with cheese, coated with breadcrumbs and fried till golden and crisp. Hmmmm yum yum!

Ingredients

  • Chicken mince 500 gram
  • Bread slices 2
  • Red chili 1 tsp
  • Orange juice 2 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Finely chopped onion 1
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Egg yolk 3
  • Mozzarella cheese half pack
  • Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
  • Mustard paste 1/2 cup
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Oil for frying

Cooking Directions

  1. Soak the bread slices in some water.

  2. Then gently squeeze the bread slices between your palms till all the water is squeezed out.

  3. Combine the bread slices and chicken mince and mix well.

  4. Add red chili, Worcestershire sauce, orange juice, salt, crushed black pepper and onion, mix well.

  5. Add egg yolks, then add flour and mix well.

  6. Make balls of the mixture and insert a piece of cheese in the center of each ball.

  7. Coat the chicken balls properly with bread crumbs and deep fry on low heat.

  8. Mix mayonnaise, mustard paste and chopped parsley and serve with balls.
