  • دودھ ایک کلو
  • لیموں کا رس تین کھانے کے چمچ
  • میدہ دو کھانے کے چمچ
  • چینی دو کپ
  • پانی تین کپ

  1. دودھ گرم کریں جب اُبال آنے لگے تو لیموں کا رس ڈال کر ہلائیں۔ پانچ منٹ پکنے دیں کہ دودھ اچھی طرح پھٹ جائے۔ اِسے دس منٹ ٹھندا ہونے دیں۔

  2. اس دوران چینی اور پانی پین میں ڈال کر پکا لیں کہ شیرہ تیار ہو جائے۔

  3. اب پھٹے دودھ کو ململ کے کپڑے میں ڈال کراوپر پانی ڈالیں کہ لیموں کا کھٹا پن نکل جائے اور پھر اچھی طرح نچوڑ لیں۔

  4. پنیر کو بائول میں ڈال کر اِس میں میدہ مکس کرکے ہاتھ سے سات آٹھ منٹ مسلیں۔

  5. اب چھوٹے بالز بنا لیں، بالز میں کوئی کریک نا ہو ورنہ رس گلے پھٹ جائیں گے۔ اور اِن کو شیرے میں ڈال کر ڈھک کر دس منٹ تیز آنچ پر پکائیں اور پھر پانچ منٹ ہلکی آنچ پر پکنے دیں۔

  6. شیرے سے نکال کر ٹھنڈا کرکے پیش کریں-

Aoa I tried this recipe and it turned out in total failure rice flour was more than curdled milk when i mixed it it was crumbly than a soft batter than I add half kg more curdled milk it was soft but after mixing it for an hour I put into sugar syrup it didn't absorb it and after cooking it on very low heat for almost 15 min the taste of outer layer was more like rice pudding than r us gull I don'tknow what to do can ssomeone pls help me

  12. Yes, cream of tarter. If you dont have tarter acid, use 4 tbsp lemon juice.

  14. Tabila, tartar acid is commonly known as tatri in Urdu, it gives sour taste to the food but in this recipe a little quantity is added to curdle the milk. thanks
