Ingredients

  • Vermicelli (sawaiyaan) 1/2 packet
  • Boiled Milk 1.5 kg
  • Mangoes cut in cubes 3
  • Sugar 100 gram
  • Reduced whole milk (khoya) 200 gram
  • Pistachio as required
  • Almonds or cashew nuts as required
  • Raisin as required
  • Ghee 2 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Boil milk with mixed sugar.

  2. In another pan fry vermicelli in ghee for about 3 min.

  3. Then add fried vermicelli in boiled milk and cook. Mix well so that milk thickens.

  4. Cook for 5 to 7 min.

  5. Pour in a dish and leave to cool.

  6. Then add reduced whole milk, mangoes, and dry fruits in the cooled mixture and mix well.

  7. Then garnish it with dry fruits and mango cubes and serve.
