Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water.
When yeast is raised, mix with plain flour, salt and butter.
Knead with milk or water and put aside for 2 – 3 hours.
Fold over kneaded dough using hands and divide into equal portions.
Roll each portion into a flat naan and make fork marks on it.
Bake in a pre heated oven at 200 c for 8 – 10 minutes.
When naan turns into a nice golden brown color, brush with butter and bake for another couple of minutes.
Roghni naan is ready to serve.
