These kebabs are made by raw mince meat with lots of spices, perfect choice for your guests or family meals. These make mouthwatering starters or party nibbles, or can be served as part of a main course

Ingredients

  • Beef mince 1 kg
  • Fresh coriander 1 bunch (chopped)
  • Eggs 2
  • Bread 4 slices
  • Green chilies 4 (sliced)
  • Black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Chicken cubes flour 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix mince meat with bunch sliced coriander, eggs, slices of bread, crushed green chilies, crushed black pepper, chicken cubes flour, soya sauce, white vinegar and salt and keep aside.

  2. Form the shape of flat kebabs from the mixture.

  3. In a wok, heat oil, and deep fry kebabs.

  4. When kebabs are a nice golden brown in color, place them on an absorbent sheet.

  5. Serve Mince Meat kebab with your favorite dip.
