Ingredients

  • Chana daal(boiled) 1 cup
  • Onion 2
  • Garlic 2 clove
  • Ginger 2 inch
  • Green chilli 2
  • Tomato 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli to taste
  • Red chili to taste
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Cummin seed 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Curry powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leave
  • Mint leaves

Cooking Directions

  1. In a pan heat oil fry onion till brown then add ginger garlic.

  2. Add all ingredients fry it then add tomatoes fry it.

  3. Now add boiled chana daal cook for 15 minutes.

  4. Add coriander leave, mint, julinne ginger and green chilli cover with lid for 2 minutes on slow flame.
