Take a frying pan.
Warm of butter and cook the dates until hey become soft.
Remove from frying pan.
In the same fry gram flour.
Cook well for 5 minutes.
Close the flame and add brown sugar, cardamom and khoya.
Now grease a baking tray.
Add the date mixture, sprinkle brown sugar and walnut on top.
Leave to cool in the refrigerator until set.
Garnish with silver leaf.
