Ingredients

  • Chicken (boiled and shredded) 1 cup
  • Chicken stock 4-5 cups
  • Carrots 2
  • Sweet corns 1 cup
  • Potatoes (boiled) 5-6
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Chicken cubes 4
  • Spring onions (green part) chopped 1/2 cup
  • Cream (optional) to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Blend potatoes and milk.

  2. In a pan put chicken stock, carrot, chicken cubes, sweet corns.

  3. Add blended potato mixture in the pan.

  4. Add some chopped spring onions only green part.

  5. Add salt an black pepper let it cook.

  6. Garnish with cream.
