Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts 2 (skinless and boneless)
  • Mustard paste 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili flakes 1/2 tsp
  • Onion 2 medium (finely chopped)
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Tomatoes 2 medium (skin removed chopped)
  • Capsicum 2 medium (cut into cubes)
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp (crushed)
  • Cream 4 tbsp
  • Yogurt 4 tbsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Cut the chicken into 1/2 inch size cubes.

  2. Then marinate chicken with mustard paste, salt, red chili flakes for 15 minutes.

  3. Heat oil in a pan, add onions sauté until colorless.

  4. Add tomatoes and ginger garlic paste sauté them for 2 minutes.

  5. Now add marinated chicken, fry well for 5 minutes.

  6. Add yogurt and cook high flame till water get dry.

  7. Then add capsicum and black pepper.

  8. Chicken capsicum is ready, remove pan from stove.

  9. Add cream before serving.

  10. Serve hot with butter rice.
