Its an Egyptian dish with crunchy Bakar Khani, milk and sugar for sweetness. Crunchy nuts enhance the flavor of this yummy dessert.

  • Bakar Khani 250 gm
  • Milk 1 liter
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Rose water 2 tbsp
  • Mix nuts 1/2 cup
  • Cream (tetra pack) 2

Cooking Directions

  1. Crush bakar khani and spread in a pyrex dish.

  2. In a separate pan, cook milk and sugar together for 5 minutes.

  3. Add rose water in the milk and pour it over bakar khani.

  4. Leave it for some time till baki khani absorb the milk.

  5. Sprinkle mix nuts over it and pipe cream over the top.

  6. Bake at 200 degree C for 20 minutes in a pre-heated oven. Serve hot.
