To make Dough: Sieve flour put oil, yeast, thyme, salt and sugar knead with warm water.
Wrap dough and leave for 1 hour until rises.
To make Sauce: Heat oil add tomatoes, thyme, chilli flakes, garlic, onion, tomato ketchup let it cook.
When tomato get soft remove from stove let it cool.
To make Filling: Heat oil fry chicken put chilli flakes, salt, and carrot fry it.
When chicken done put onion slice.
Add sliced mushroom fry and cook till mashrooms get tender.
Now roll dough and divied into 4 parts.
Roll with pin roller.
Now on the half part of roti put prepared filling, sauce, shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese and olives if desired.
Cover with half of roti then seal from corners by turning edges.
Put on greased pan at highest temprature for about 15 minutes.
When serve brush 2 tbsp oil over baked calzone.
Sprinkle cheese and serve with pasta salad.
To make Dip: Mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, chilli flakes mix all.
For Salad: Pasta, mashrooms (fried), Salt, chedder cheese chunks, onion and 2 tbsp prepared dip.
