For creamy cheese sauce:
Take butter, corn flour, salt and black pepper powder in a sauce pan on low flame and mix.
Add milk and stir until it becomes thick and take off flame.
Add cream cheese and mix well, then keep it aside and let it cool.
For pizza dough:
Take all purpose flour, egg, oil, instant yeast, salt, castor sugar, and powdered milk in a bowl and knead well using luke warm water.
Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it.
Let it rise for 45 minutes.
After that, roll out the dough and place in a greased 10 inch deep pan pizza plate.
Spread the prepared creamy cheese sauce over the dough.
For filling:
Marinate chicken with salt, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, white pepper powder, cream and corn flour for a few minutes.
Heat oil in a pan, add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until done.
Spread on the dough covered with creamy cheese sauce.
Then garnish with capsicum, onion, mushrooms, oregano leaves, red pepper flakes, mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese.
Cover it and let it rise again for 15 - 20 minutes.
Then place it in a preheated oven and let it bake at 200°C for 25 - 30 minutes.
