In a cooker put dal ,chilly paste, tomatoes and 1 glass water now give 4-5 whistle to it. Now mash it little bit and add salt, groundnuts,1,4 glass water and again make 4-5 whistle.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Arhar dal (soaked in a water for 1 hour)
  • 2 tps green chilly paste
  • 1/4 cup groundnuts
  • 2 chopped tomates
  • 1/4 fresh coriander
  • 1/2 tsp haldi
  • salt to taste
  • 4-5 curry leaves
  • 1/4 tps hing
  • 1- lemon juice
  • 1-1/2 sp sugar
  • 2 tps Ria
  • 2 tps zeera
  • 2 raw chappati in (square pcs)
  • 2 spn oil

Cooking Directions

  1. In a cooker put dal ,chilly paste, tomatoes and 1 glass water now give 4-5 whistle to it.

  2. Now mash it little bit and add salt, groundnuts,1,4 glass water and again make 4-5 whistle.

  3. Now add 1/2 glass water in it and add curry leaves, haldi, coriander, lemon juice, sugar and keep for boiling on slow flame.

  4. Now as 1-2 boiler comes add raw chappati pcs in dal and let it boil for atleast 10 min on slow flame by stiring it.

  5. For garnishing -- take nonstick pan put 2 spoon oil add zeera, ria and hing as it turn in golden.

  6. Now garnish this mixer and fresh coriander in dal mix well and serve hot.
