Knead dough of flour and water.
Fry mince in 4 tbsp of oil and cook till dry.
Fry each egg separately on both sides and season with salt.
Take one ball of the dough and roll into a round shape, spread a thin layer of mince and put a fried egg on top of it.
Close all sides. Roll out gently.
Fry on a griddle using ghee on both sides.
