For Tartar Sauce: Take a bowl, put all the ingredients in it and mix well.
Serve cold with fish orly.
For Fish: Marinate fish fingers in salt and pepper, garlic paste and lemon juice for 15 minutes.
For Batter: Break eggs in a bowl and beat.
Add flour, salt and pepper and water.
Mix well with hand whisk till well combined.
Now dip the marinated finger fish in batter and deep fry in hot oil till golden.
Serve hot with tartar sauce.
