  • Gelatin 1 tbsp
  • Granulated sugar 4 tbsp
  • Water 1 cup (boiling)
  • Almond essence 1 tsp
  • Evaporated milk 1 cup
  • Cold water 1 cup
  • Fruit cocktail 1 cup

Cooking Directions

  1. Combine gelatin and sugar and add the boiling water, stir till dissolved.

  2. Add the almond essence, evaporated milk and cold water.

  3. Pour in a mould and let set. Or set in a tray and once chilled.

  4. Cut in diamonds or squares and serve with some fruit cocktail.
