Marinate mutton chops with raw papaya paste and salt to taste for 10 – 15 minutes.
Now add chili powder, turmeric, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste and oil.
Now put each chop on aluminum foil and wrap.
Put a wire rack on burning coal.
Now put chops on wire rack and cook for 10 – 15 minutes each side.
