  • Meatballs as required
  • Coriander ½ bunch (chopped)
  • Red chilies 4 (sliced)
  • Green onion 1-2 sticks
  • Peanut Sauce:
  • Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Red chili (chopped) 3-4
  • Lemon leaves 2-3
  • Lemon grass 1
  • Red curry paste 1 tsp
  • Coconut milk 1 cup
  • Peanut butter 2-3 tbsp
  • Tamarind paste 3 tbsp
  • Fish sauce 2 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 2 tbsp
  • Lemon grass 1 tbsp
  • Oil as required

Cooking Directions

  1. In a pan, heat some oil and add in chopped onion and chopped garlic and fry it.

  2. Then add in red chilies, lemon leaves, lemon grass and red curry paste and cook it for 3-5 minutes.

  3. Add in coconut milk, peanut butter, tamarind paste, fish sauce, brown sugar and lemon juice and mix it.

  4. Now cook it for 15-20 minutes till the sauce thickens. Remove it from the stove and keep aside.

  5. Now take some oil in the pan and add in meatballs. Stir fry them and take them out in a serving dish.

  6. Pour sauce over meatballs and garnish it with green coriander and sliced red chilies. Serve warm.
