To make the chicken stock, boil 1/2 kg chicken bones in a pot 8-10 cups of water until only four cups of stock remain.

Dilute corn flour in 4 tablespoons of water and pour it slowly into the soap,stirring continously to avoid lumps.
Add Salt,white pepper, sugar,Chinese salt and beaten eggs and mis well.
In the end, add vinegar and soya sauce.
Serve hot with garnish on the side.

Mr Aslam, 1-Chicken is not boiled, its uncooked.2-You will not take out chicken from oil; add stock in chicken and oil. We have oil in this recipe.
I would like to clearify the following points. Your early answer will be appreciated.1-Sheredded chicken boild or without boiled?2-Shell we take out the chicken from cooking oil and put it in stock or shell we put the stock in cooking oil and chicken? I mean shell we discard the oil or we have to add in soup.
