Marinate Fish Fillet with black pepper, salt and flour.
Now heat butter and shallow fry fish fillet till its color turn to golden brown.
Take the fish fillet out of pan.
Add flour in remaining butter, fry well.
Then add 1 cup chicken stock, lemon juice, yolk, cream and oregano.
Cook till sauce thickens.
Lastly put fried fish in a serving dish, top with bitter sauce and serve.
