On a large griddle put together mince, salt, ginger garlic paste and turmeric.
Cook till water dries.
Add in red pepper, green chilies and cooking oil. Fry well.
Cut cottage cheese into cubes, shallow fry separately till golden brown.
Now spread the fried cheese on top of mince.
Also add black pepper, juice of lemons, few coriander and mint leaves. Fry well.
Now dish it out.
Garnish with ginger, mint leaves, coriander leaves, sliced green chilies and fried brown onion.
