Ingredients

  • Prawns 500 gm
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp (crushed)
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
  • For Lemon and Butter Sauce:
  • Butter ¼ cup
  • Onion 2 tbsp (chopped)
  • Garlic 2 cloves (crushed)
  • Lemon juice ½ cup
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ¼ tsp (crushed)
  • Parsley 2 tbsp (chopped)

Cooking Directions

  1. Marinate prawns with salt, black pepper and lemon juice and oil, leave it for half an hour.

  2. Then grill them from both sides or fry them in a pan with a little butter or bake them in the oven for about 10-12 minutes.

  3. For Sauce: Melt butter in a pan, fry onion and garlic for few seconds, then add lemon juice, salt and black pepper. Bring it to boil and at last add fresh chopped parsley. Pour it on grilled prawns, serve hot.
