This is not a common recipe of meatballs instead a totally different with a delicious taste. Fried meatballs are added in a sauce made with spices, ketchup and stock. Must try!

Ingredients

  • For Meatballs:
  • Chicken mince 700 gm
  • Onion 2 (chopped)
  • Oil for fry + 1/4 cup
  • Garlic 5-6 (chopped)
  • Oregano ½ tsp
  • Egg 2 (beaten)
  • Salt to taste
  • Corn flour 2-3 tbsp
  • White pepper powder 1 tsp
  • For Sauce:
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 tbsp (chopped)
  • Onion 2-3 tbsp (chopped)
  • Ketchup ½ cup
  • Chili garlic sauce ½ cup
  • Black pepper ½ tsp (crushed)
  • Chicken stock 1 cup
  • Grated Mozzarella Cheese 200 gm

Cooking Directions

  1. For Meatballs: Take a cooking pan add oil, heat the oil, add onions and sauté the onions then add garlic and oregano mix it well and remove from flame.

  2. Pour mixture in a mixing bowl and let it cool down.

  3. Then add beaten eggs, salt, corn flour, white pepper powder, chicken mince in cool mixture and mix it well. Make small balls.

  4. Warm oil in a cooking pan and shallow fry the balls till its nicely golden brown, take it out and set aside.

  5. For Sauce: Take a cooking pan add 2-3 tbsp of oil add chopped garlic finely chopped onion and fry, now add ketchup, chili garlic sauce, crushed black pepper and cook.

  6. Now add chicken stock and cook. Take a blender and pour all mixture in it and bland to a paste.

  7. Pour the paste again in cooking pan and cook till thick. Add meatballs and cook for 2-3 minutes.

  8. Remove from flame and add cheese. Serve warm with buns.

  9. Note: You can also serve it in this way. Take 3-4 long buns cut into the middle add meat balls and sauce. Now sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese set it and serve it.
