Cut mutton liver into slices, marinate with little salt and black pepper.
Then coat with dry flour and shallow fry till golden brown.
Now remove fried liver pieces and keep aside.
Heat ¼ cup oil in a wok, add garlic paste and chopped onion. Fry till softened.
Now add celery stick, all spice powder, tomatoes, salt, black pepper powder, Worchester sauce and red grapes juice.
Cover and cook on low flame for 6 – 8 minutes.
Now add mutton fried liver, cook on high flame till water dries.
Dish it out and serve with boiled rice/pasta.
