Heat butter mixed with oil, fry onion till it turns pink, add peppers & cook for a minute.
Beat the eggs with the seasoning and the milk, blend well.
Pour eggs over vegetables in the pan, mix well, add the corn and cook for a few seconds.
Serve hot with bread.
