Ingredients

  • Bread (slices) 8
  • Mozzarella cheese (cut into finger slices) 8
  • Green chillies (chopped) 2
  • Eggs (beaten) 2
  • Onion (chopped) 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves (chopped) 2 tbsp
  • Fresh bread crumbs as required

Cooking Directions

  1. Remove crust from bread slices, soak slices in water slightly.

  2. Squeeze out water well, fill with cheese stick, chopped vegetables, and fold well to form into a roll.

  3. Dip in beaten eggs then coat in bread crumbs, chill for 30 minutes and deep fry.
