  • Prawns 300 gm (boiled, chopped)
  • Capsicum 1
  • Tomatoes 2 (boiled, chopped)
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Onion 1
  • Green chilies 4
  • Cucumber 1
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Corn ½ cup
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
  • Black pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Finely chop capsicum, tomatoes, garlic, onion, green chilies and cucumber.

  2. Heat oil in a wok, add in chopped garlic.

  3. Sauté till golden brown.

  4. Now add all the chopped vegetables, corn, lemon juice, coriander leaves, black pepper powder and salt.

  5. Mix well and fry for a few minutes.

  6. Lastly add boiled chopped prawns and mix well.

  7. Dish it out and serve.
