  • Chicken breast ½ kg
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Tamarind pulp 2 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Capsicum 1
  • Carrot 1
  • Green onion 2-4
  • Green chili 6
  • Rice ½ kg (boiled)
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Oregano ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Coal 1 piece
  • Foil paper

Cooking Directions

  1. Divide chicken breast in two pieces. Apply red chili powder, tamarind pulp, garam masala powder, salt, vinegar, ginger and garlic paste on chicken and leave for one an hour.

  2. Heat oil in pan, put chicken. Cover and cook until tender.

  3. When chicken is done, mix in capsicum, carrot, green onion, and green chili. Remove from heat.

  4. Now lay a foil paper and place boiled rice on it. Sprinkle black pepper, oregano and salt.

  5. Now place chicken, vegetables and butter over it.

  6. Heat up coal on fire and put it on small foil paper over rice and keep on dum for 5 minutes.

  7. At the end cover rice with foil and bake for 20 minutes at 200 C. Foil baked rice are ready.
