Ingredients

  • Yoghurt 1/2 kg
  • Gram Flour 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Cauliflower 250 gm
  • Carrots 2
  • Green Peas 1 cup
  • Capsicum 1
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Oil(For Tempering) 1 cup
  • White Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Red Chilli(whole) 5-6
  • Curry Leaves 4-6

Cooking Directions

  1. Add 4 cups of water in yoghurt and beat thoroughly.

  2. Mix gram flour in a little water, make a paste and add in yoghurt.

  3. Add all the spices, cook & stir continously.

  4. Cook till the mixture thickens.

  5. Chop all the vegetables thinly.Fry in 2 tbsp oil.

  6. Add in the curry and cover & cook for 10 minutes.

  7. For tempering, heat oil & fry curry leaves, red chillies & cumin seeds for a little while, pour on top of the curry.

  8. Serve hot with plain rice.
