  • Minced meat 1 kg
  • Bengal gram 1 cup
  • White cumin 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 tbsp
  • Whole red chili 10 pieces
  • Whole coriander seeds ½ tsp
  • Black cardamom 4 pieces
  • Cinnamon 1 piece
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Water 2 glasses
  • Egg 2
  • Coriander handful
  • Mint handful
  • Onion 1 (chopped)
  • Oil for fry

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix mince, Bengal gram, white cumin, ginger garlic paste, yoghurt, red chili, coriander seed, black cardamom, cinnamon, black pepper and water in a pan and cook until mince gets tender.

  2. Grind the mixture and add 1 egg and mix thoroughly.

  3. Add the coriander, mint and onion to the mixture.

  4. Make shami kabab, dip in egg and pan fry.

  5. Serve warm with dip.
