Fish With Vinegar Sauce

Marinate fish with egg, salt, black pepper, white flour, corn flour and vinegar.

Add soda or baking powder and mix it well.

Then add little amount of water for thickness, set aside for 30 minutes (for good result).

Heat oil in a deep pan.

Then fry fish for 7-10 mins on medium heat till light golden colour appears.

For Vinegar Sauce: Fry crushed garlic in a little hot oil till slightly brown.

Add vinegar, brown sugar and water, mix it.

Then add salt and black pepper.

When sauce starts boiling, add a little corn flour to thicken the sauce.

Now serve fish in a dish and sauce over it

Garnish with spring onions and serve with plain rice or fried rice.
